We are responsible for creating designs for new construction projects, alterations and redevelopments. We use their specialist construction knowledge and high-level drawing skills to design buildings that are functional, safe, sustainable and aesthetically pleasing. Our professional team is wholly responsible for:
• Leading and developing projects from early concept through design development
• Preparing drawings, specifications, and construction documents
• Designing and documenting commercial and industrial building projects
• Consulting with clients to determine their requirements
• Coordinating preliminary architectural studies for major new structures and alterations to existing structures and site development
• Organizing and managing permit documents
• Working with teams across business lines, in remote locations, and coordinating with relevant stakeholders
• Resolving complex design issues with innovative and practical solutions
• Modifying existing plans and elevations to fit client and sales needs
